When you look at the greatest hedge fund managers in the world, the majority of their trades look like this. Risk 1 unit in order to make 3, 5, 10, and even dozens of times what they risked. It’s asymmetric wealth creation at its best.

- The Calls will be there to provide you with unlimited upside when these stocks continue to run higher. 

-The Bull Put Spreads are lower risk positions, and are structured in such a way with the goal to give you an at least 3-1 return when the stock closes above the higher strike price. I’ve used long dated Bull Call Spreads twice with AMD, and now with ASML. Place the position on and there’s very little to do. Let the company continue to perform and if the stock continues to rise you’ll potentially be locking in gains at least 2-3 times what you paid for them.

-Occasionally, there will be cash secured puts suggested, especially after pull backs, when the premiums are high and likely very overpriced. 

As you’ve seen from November through today, there has only been one real pullback in the AI stocks. This is very typical behavior in early-stage revolutionary technologies. As time passes more pullbacks will occur providing you with additional opportunities to profit from.

On the individual stocks, you’ll have a hit list. If and when any of these companies pull back, the cash secured puts give you both the opportunity to buy the companies at lower levels, and if they rally, you secure the income you brought in. 

In my opinion, you get the best of both worlds. 

▶︎ 5. Global Opportunities - AI touches the world and it’s growing exponentially on a global basis. Many countries are making massive investments in AI and are also supporting companies in their countries that are in AI.

The opportunities abroad are immense. You’ll have a competitive edge getting into these companies early, especially those that are rapidly transforming themselves like SAP, to those who have monopolies like ASML. 

In my opinion, the gains from many of the global companies will be substantial, especially for those that have large market share or have new AI technologies, making them great buyout candidates. The goal is to identify them and get there early ahead of others.
